I directed the creative production of this explainer video, managing the process from conceptual research to final output. My core responsibilities included:
Creative Direction & Research: Conducted in-depth research on the subject matter to propose effective visual narratives and establish the project's artistic direction.
Pre-Production: Developed the storyboard and style frames to define the visual language and project flow.
3D Animation & Execution: Lead the 3D animation process, personally executing complex sequences while collaborating with other artists to maintain visual consistency.
Team Management & Oversight: Managed the production team and workflows, ensuring all 3D assets and renders were completed and optimized for the final edit.
