Project: Dubai Culture Event Film
This project required the rapid synthesis of complex cultural motifs into a cohesive, high-impact narrative under an aggressive four-day deadline. Operating remotely, I managed the end-to-end production with no pre-existing assets. My core contributions included:
Rapid Conceptualization: Conducted immediate research to break down the cultural narrative, translating abstract concepts into concrete rough sketches and scene structures within hours of the brief.
Asset Creation & Art Direction: Independently designed and built all necessary visual elements from scratch, ensuring each scene authentically represented Dubai’s cultural identity while maintaining artistic consistency.
Workflow Optimization: Streamlined the production pipeline to accommodate the four-day deadline, proving that high-pressure constraints can drive superior creative focus and efficiency.
Full-Cycle Execution: Managed the entire process—from initial storyboard to final animation and export—delivering a polished film ready for event screening.
